The master bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, WC, and bidet. The second bathroom features a bathtub, sink, WC, and bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds (80x180 cm) that can be joined into a double bed, plus wardrobes. The third bedroom includes a double bed, spacious wardrobes, and a convenient desk, with views of the private garden.
The apartment is completed by a private garden and private garage (size: width 2.40 m, length 5.40 m, height 2.35 m), suitable for one car. Additional uncovered parking spaces are available within the residence.
The condominium swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.
Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions for independent access.
