Modern apartment with balcony located within a residence with swimming pool in the prestigious town of Sirmione, just a few steps from the lake and the beach.

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor, accessible on foot.
The entrance opens onto a bright living room, elegantly furnished and enriched with fine details. It features a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV with Italian channels only. From here, you can access a small terrace equipped with a dining table — perfect for enjoying outdoor meals on sunny days by the lake.
The separate kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms decorated in the same elegant silver tones as the rest of the house: the first features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a shoe cabinet, while the second has a bunk bed, a chest of drawers, and a shoe cabinet.
The bathroom, complete with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet, completes the apartment.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as air conditioning (in the hallway only), free Wi-Fi connection, and independent heating for the colder days.
A private uncovered parking space completes this magnificent holiday apartment.

The residence pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. Wearing a swimming cap is required.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a small extra cost of €5 per night.
Small pets are allowed upon request, also for an extra fee of €5 per night.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be provided to access the accommodation independently.

Upon arrival or a few days before, payment of the tourist tax may be required, according to local regulations.

Easily accessible by elevator, the apartment features free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning in all rooms.
