Located in Moniga del Garda, in the prestigious harbor area and offering a wonderful lake view, this one-bedroom apartment in the “Oliveto al Porto” residence with swimming pool is perfect for a couple or a family of up to 4 people!

This modern apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.
The living room opens onto a covered terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for delightful breakfasts and lunches in the open air overlooking the greenery and the lake.

The apartment, fitted with air conditioning in every room, continues with a bedroom featuring a double bed and wardrobe, with access to a private balcony at the back.
The layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC, and washing machine.

Guests can park their car in the apartment’s private garage.

The adult pool and the children’s pool are available from June 1st to September 15th.
Guests may use up to 2 sun loungers per apartment, and pets are not allowed in the pool area.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request at an extra cost of €5 per night each.
Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all necessary instructions to access the property independently.
Upon arrival or shortly before, a tourist tax may be required, depending on local regulations.

Moniga del Garda is a peaceful and welcoming tourist destination in the province of Brescia, located on the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. Its historic centre preserves the authentic charm of the original village, with narrow alleys, stone houses, and flower-decorated balconies. In the area known as “Pozzo,” visitors can enjoy beautiful lake views and characteristic architectural details. Moniga’s renowned beaches offer long walks along the clear waters of the lake, with typical restaurants and a wide network of cycle paths leading to Salò and Lonato. The old town is also home to several Baroque churches, including the Church of San Martino, known for its large colourful stained-glass windows. Nearby, at the entrance to the village, stands the Castle of Moniga, dating back to the 10th century and recognizable by its white stone walls.

The apartment is approximately a 45-minute drive from Verona Airport.
