Charming one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor with a terrace, within a beautiful residential complex in Manerba del Garda featuring swimming pools and tennis courts.

The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers functional and well-kept spaces. The living room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, and an American coffee machine.

From the living room, you can access the terrace, which has a sunshade and is furnished with a dining table for six people, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners with a pleasant view of the residence’s swimming pool.

The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe and an additional single bed, as well as a full bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Guests also have access to a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The apartment is completed by a private garage for one car.

Within the residence, the swimming pools are distributed across several levels and areas, ensuring relaxation and privacy for all families. They are open from June 1st to September 30th, and the use of a swim cap is required.

Guests can access the tennis courts upon request at the residence’s reception, as well as the children’s playground.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, all necessary instructions will be provided to access the accommodation independently.

At the time of arrival or a few days before, payment of the tourist tax may be required, the amount of which is subject to local regulations.

Manerba del Garda is nestled among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by greenery and local farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback excursions, traditional cuisine in local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses.

The area also offers numerous well-equipped campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and connected to the main attractions of the lake. The heart of the town is dominated by the impressive Rocca di Manerba, a panoramic promontory overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Natural Park, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of much of Lake Garda and its islands.

The apartment is about a 20-minute drive from Desenzano train station and 40 minutes from the nearest airport.

The shared swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
A baby cot and high chair can be requested at an extra cost of €5 per night each.
